FROM IDEA TO PROJECT
It's the ideas that get us up everyday and working diligently to bring your business projects to fruition. From a clever brainstorm session to a collaborative discussion with your staff, we work well with a variety of teams to bring the best ideas to life.
Passion to push through a tedious project to see it come alive is something you don't see very day. At Red Palm, we bring the passion, creativity and eagerness to work every day. Then we whip out the pixels, ink and mouse clicks to bring your ideas to life. (Texting, video chats and speaker phones optional.)
At the heart of RedPalm Marketing, you'll discover a passionate, always smiling individual - Laurean Callander. Her family started a successful software company in San Francisco, CA (her hometown). While studying for her B.S. in Marketing at the University of Phoenix, she moved on to become a National Product Manager for Standard Register - travelling the country and implementing marketing programs for large corporations. While on the road, she earned a 6Sigma Greenbelt, Lean Certification and MS Access certification - all applied to marketing techniques. Combining these skills, she developed a new perspective for how companies can interact with their marketing data to drive results that matter.
Always active in the community, she serves in her local Rotary, active in her local church and volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She sits as chair for The Tampa Bay Think Tank - encouraging business entrepreneurial growth in our county.
Laurean is a regular contributor to the Pinellas County Medical Association - Education Resources. Read her medical marketing blog.
DIGITAL MARKETING ROCK STAR
Tara brings energy and a fantastic sense of diligence to our modern social and video efforts. With her natural millenial ability as an "html-whisperer", she is managing website content, creating entertaining videos and teaching clients how to use Instagram and SnapChat. Most days, Tara can be found with her head buried in her one of many monitors, SnapChat going bezerk in her iPhone and up to her #eyeballs with video transitions!
As a full-time digital marketing student at St. Petersburg College, Tara is in her second year as the President of the campus media club and first year as a campus Senator. Although her primary focus is on video production, her responsibilities extend to oversight of the many digital students (photography, illustrators, video, advertisers) and engage them in campus projects, oversight with the campus TV studio which broadcasts on Spectrum. Tara's greatest leadership strength is her ability to tap into a person's greatness and share it with the world.
